J.C. Weezer Winter Beef and Noodles

Category: Recipes

Ingredients:

1 to 1.5 lbs. of Cubed Beef
1 Cup of Flour
1/4 Cup of Vegetable Oil
2 Bags of Lipton Butter and Herb Noodles

1.) Heat Vegetable Oil in pot over
Low heat while preparing beef.

With Cubed Beef or Beef you cut yourself, roll pieces in the flour till all pieces are covered with thin, even layer. When oil is hot enough to bubble (test with a drop of water), put beef in. Stir every few minutes or so until no pink in the Beef. Add water high enough to ALMOST cover all Beef in the pot. Bring to a boil. Cover and lower heat to a simmer, stirring occasionally, not letting the oil layer to the top of the gravy. Let cook for 1 to 3 hours; the more time simmering, the more tender the Beef. Suggestion time, 2 hours.

With only twenty or so minutes left on the Beef, start cooking the Lipton Butter and Herb Noodles. When Noodles are done, take the beef of the heat and serve.

To Serve:
Put Noodles in a bowl, cover only the
center of the Noodles with Beef and
Beef Gravy. Add pepper and salt to
your personal choice, and enjoy. Easy
and very filling. Should serve 4-6.

*Again, I would advise a Winter Brew to kill those harsh winter Nights.
