Dill Goat Cheese Bread

Yield: 1 loaf

1 package active dry yeast
1/4 c warm water
1 c soft goat cheese
2 T sugar
1 T melted butter
1 t salt
2 t dill seeds
1 T grated onion
1 egg
2 1/2 c flour
1/4 t baking soda

Pour lukewarm water in bowl, add a pinch of sugar, sprinkle yeast on top and set aside.
In a saucepan heat goat cheese on low till lukewarm.
Beat cheese, sugar, melted butter, salt, dill seeds, onion, eggs, untill well mixed.
Add yeast, flour, baking soda and continue to mix.
Knead dough 6 min. Place into a greased bowl and cover with cling wrap 1 hour.
Shape dough and place into a large greased pan.
Cover allow to rise again 40 min.
Place bread into a preheated 350F oven 40-45 min. Cool on a wire rack.
