Thousand Island Dressing

Category: Dressings

Yields: 1.25 cups

1 c mayo
2 t horseradish sauce
2 T vinegar
2 T sugar
2 t green bell pepper
2 T pickles
2 t celery
2 t onion
3 T ketchup
1/2 t paprika
1 hard cooked egg, chop

Mix all until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate.

works best when veg is chopped in a food processor to make them very fine.
