Parmesan Cheese Dressing

Yields: 3/4 c

1/4 c heavy cream
1/2 c mayo
1/4 c Parmesan cheese, grated
1 t white wine vinegar
1/4 t Worcestershire

Gradually blend milk into mayo.
Mix in cheese, vinegar, Worcestershire.Chill.

Pepper Parmesan Dressing

2 c mayo
2 T lemon juice
2 T milk
3 T Heinz 57
3 T A-1 steak sauce
3 T worcestershire
1/2 T Maggi Seasoning
1/2 T onion salt
2 T parsley flakes
1 1/2 c parmesan cheese
2 t freshly ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in order given, mixing well until smooth.
