2 T soy sauce
2 T peanut oil
1 T toasted sesame oil
1/2 lemon's juice
salt
ground pepper
Whisk vinegar, soy sauce, peanut oil, sesame oil, and lemon juice.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. reserve until ready to use.
