Maple & Mustard Sausages

500 g chipolatas sausages
1 T maple syrup
1 T wholegrain mustard
veg oil

Fry sausages with a small drop of oil until just cooked 8-10 mins
turn frequently until evenly browned.
Drain fat from pan (reserve fat in jar), add maple syrup and mustard, stir until coated.
Remove and cut into diagonal slices.
