1 c Parmesan
24 oz asparagus spears
300 g frozen spinach, drain, chop
10 oz artichoke hearts, drain, chop
250 g Herb & Garlic cream cheese
1/2 c miracle whip

Preheat oven 375F.
Reserve 1/4c Parmesan set aside.
Mix remaining Parmesan and all remaining ingredients until blended.
Spoon into 2-L baking dish; sprinkle with reserved Parmesan.
Bake 35 min. Serve hot.
