Seven Layer BBQ Bacon Dip

Frito Lay bean dip
16 oz cream cheese, soft
1/2 c barbecue sauce
3 oz bacon pieces
1 tomato, chop
1/2 c green pepper, diced
1/3 c green onions, diced
1 1/2 c cheddar cheese
tortilla chips

Spread bean dip then cream cheese on pizza pan; top with barbecue sauce.
Sprinkle with bacon pieces, tomato, green pepper, onions and cheddar cheese.

Seven Layer Dip

375 g refried beans
2 avocados
1 lime, juiced
8 oz cream cheese, soft
1 T cumin
1 romaine heart
1 lb sour cream
1 sm onion
1 1/2 lb mince
taco seasoning
1 jar mild salsa
1 T chopped cilantro
1 1/2 lb cheddar cheese
3 green peppers, diced
chopped tomatoes, drained
tortilla chips
sliced jalapenos

Chop tomatoes and put in a strainer to drain.
Dice onion and sweat. Brown the mince, add onions, drain. Mix in taco seasoning.
Spread refried beans in a large shallow baking dish.
Whip cream cheese with cumin in a bowl and spread over the beans.
Dice avacoado and toss in a bowl with lime juice and chopped cilantro.
Spread avocado over refried beans, then sour cream, cooked hamburger meat,
salsa, chopped lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, green peppers, tomatoes.

Pizza by the Scoop

16 oz cream cheese, soft
12 oz chili sauce
6 oz bacon, chop
1 onion, chop
1 green pepper, chop
3/4 c mozzarella cheese
3/4 c cheddar cheese

Spread cream cheese on an ungreased 12" pizza pan.
Spread with chili sauce.
Sprinkle with Canadian bacon, onion, green pepper and cheeses.
