Creamy Red Pepper Dip

7 oz jar roasted red bell peppers, drain
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 T basil
1 c sour cream
1 c mayo
1/2 t Worcestershire
1/8 t salt
1 green pepper, only top sliced off
1 red pepper, chopped
6 ribs celery, in 3" pieces
2 carrots, cut into thin slices
2 unpeeled cucumbers, sliced
1 1/2 c broccoli florets
1 1/2 c cauliflorets
2 c small mushrooms
Roll basil leaves up and slice then thin.
Pat peppers dry and chop.
Mix peppers, garlic, basil, sour cream, mayo, Worcestershire and salt well.
Slice the top off green pepper, remove rib and seeds.
Spoon dip into the green pepper halves.
Chill until ready.
