Fruit Dip

Yield: 3.5cups

1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1 c sour cream
1 t vanilla
1/3 c coffee liqueur (optional)
1 c whipped topping
brown sugar to garnish
assorted fruit


Beat brown sugar and cream cheese medium speed until smooth.
Add sour cream, vanilla, and coffee liqueur, beating until blended and smooth.
Fold in whipped topping. Cover and chill 4 hrs.
