Heidi's Recipe

cuke feta salsa

4 oz feta cheese
2 T lemon juice
1/4 t black pepper
2 cucumbers, seed and cube
4 tomatoes, quarter
3 T dill, chop
drizle of oil
tortilla chips

Dice tomatoes and drain upside down on the side.
In a bowl combine crumbled feta, juice, and pepper.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

You can also make this recipe by chopping everything in large cubes and serve as a salad.
