Creamy Oven Cooked Bacon Dip

Category: Dips

Yields: 1.5 cups

8 slices bacon
6 oz cream cheese
1/2 c sour cream
1/4 c + 1 T chives
2 T prepared horseradish
1/2 t lemon juice
1/4 t salt
Hot pepper sauce, to taste

Preheat oven 350F.
Arrange bacon on a broiler rack over the broiler pan. Bake until crisp 15-20 min.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
When cool enough to handle, crumble or chop into small pieces.
Cream together remaining ingredients.
Add the crumbled bacon; mix.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
