overnight prep

8 oz cream cheese
1 c salted butter
1 T onion, minced
1 T capers, drained
1 can anchovy fillets, drain & chop
1 t white pepper
1 t prepared mustard
1 t caraway seed
pumpernickel bread

Process cream cheese and butter 1-2 min until smooth.
Add onions, capers, and anchovies; process 10 seconds.
Transfer to bowl, stir in white pepper, mustard and caraway seed.
Press into a crock, cover, store in refrigerator 24hours.
Let sit at room temp 20 min before serving.
