Baked Cheese Wedges 20
10 oz cheddar cheese
1/2 c Italian-style bread crumbs
1/2 t crushed red pepper
1 egg, beaten
Heat broiler. Spray sheet with cooking spray.
Cut cheese into 1/2" slices; then cut slices diagonally in half.
Mix bread crumbs and pepper.
Dip cheese in egg; coat with crumb mixture.
Broil 2-3 min until cheese is melted.
