Custard Rhubard Pie

Crust:
1 1/2 C flour
2 T Sugar
1 t salt
1/2 C Oil
2 T Milk
Mix and press right into pie plate, don't roll

beat:
3 eggs
2 2/3 T milk
add:
1 3/4 C sugar or less
4 T flour
3/4 nutmeg
4 C of rhubarb
Pour into crust and dot with 1 T butter

topping:
1/3 C butter
1/3 C brown sugar
3/4 C flour
Mix and sprinkle on top of pie

Bake 50-60 minutes -at- 375
