Taco Wraps

Ingredients:

1 lb ground Turkey
Onions, carrots, peppers...whatever veggies you want to add
1 can of Taco sauce or 1 container of salsa
1 Packet of Taco Seasoning
Egg roll wrappers
Low Fat shredded cheese
1 Egg white

Directions:

Brown turkey and veggies in a pan. Add taco sauce or salsa and taco seasoning to browned meat mixture. Place turkey mixture on a egg roll wrapper and sprinkle cheese on top. Roll up (just like a egg roll). Place on greased cookie sheet. Be sure not to miss this step as they will stick to the pan. Brush egg white around the entire egg roll.

Bake on 375 for 15-17 minutes. 2 rolls per serving
