Ranch Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

16oz Sour Cream
8 oz Cream Cheese (softened)
1 oz pkg Ranch Dressing mix
9 oz pkg frozen chopped Spinach (thawed & drained)
¼ C. finely chopped Onion (preferable Green Onions w/some tops chopped)

Combine sour cream, cream cheese & ranch dressing mix, whisk until well mixed & fluffier. Stir in spinach & onion. Chill and serve.

Tips: Add garlic to taste or serve with roasted garlic Triscuits.
