Broccoli fish bake

Prep Time: 15 minutes Cook Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
1 pkg (about 10 oz) frozen Broccoli spears or
1lb fresh both to be cooked and drained
1 lb fresh or thawed frozen White Fish
fillets
1 can (10 3/4oz) Cream of Broccoli condensed
soup
1/3 cup Milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
3 Tbsp Butter or Margarine, melted
Paprika

In a 2qt shallow baking dish (or small cake pan) arrange broccoli. Top with fish. in a small bowl mix soup and milk and pour over fish.
Sprinkle cheese over soup mixture. Mix bread crumbs and butter and sprinkle over cheese. Lightly sprinkle paprika over bread crumbs. Bake at 450deg for 20 minutes. Fish should flake easily when tested with a fork. Serves 4
