Easy Meaty Spinach Manicotti

1 pkg. of manicotti shells
1 carton of ricotta cheese
12 oz. mozzeralla cheese
16oz. frozen pkg. of spinach
1lb ground beef
1 can of garlic and herb spaghetti sauce
salt & pepper to taste
1 tbs. of italian seasoning
Steam spinach for about 5 minutes. Boil manicotti shells for about 6 minutes (not completely done). Brown ground beef, and add 1/2 can of spaghetti sauce. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together all ingredients. Reserve 4 oz. of mozzeralla cheese to spread on top. Gently spoon mixture into shells. Place shells on casserole dish and pour remaining spaghetti sauce on top of shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
