Hamburger And Rice Combo

- 2 cups instant rice
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 can (15 ounce size) chicken and rice soup, undiluted
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. Prepare the rice as directed on the package. Set aside. Meanwhile, combine the ground beef, onion, and celery in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until the beef is no longer pink. Drain off any excess grease. Stir in the soy sauce. Combine the cooked rice and ground beef mixture in a shallow baking dish. Evenly pour the chicken soup over the top (do not stir it in). Place the baking dish in the oven and bake at 300 degrees F for 1 hour or until bubbly in the middle. Serve the hamburger and rice casserole hot.
