Quick and Easy Beef Stir Fry

Ingrediants

1 lb package beef fajita strips
1 16oz package frozen stir fry blend vegetables
1/2 cup stir fry sauce
1 cup uncooked rice
1 tbsp oil


Directions

Cook rice as directed and set aside.

Cook beef in large skillet in 1 tbsp oil. Stain excess grease and add beef back to skillet. Add vegetables and 1/2 cup sauce and bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover and let simmer 5-10 minutes. Until vegetables are tender yet crisp.

Mix with rice and enjoy.
