Tequila Lime Shrimp

2 lbs. Medium to Jumbo Peeled & Deveined Shrimp
2 Tbs. Minced Garlic
1 Tbs. Minced Ginger
Juice 1/2 Lime
2 oz. 100% DeAgave Tequila
2 Tbs. Peanut Oil
Drizzle peanut oil onto hot stainless steel grill or Wok. Immediately add garlic and ginger until slightly browned. Add Shrimp.
Cook until half way done (about 1 to 1 1/2 minutes) stiring the whole time. Add Lime and Tequila and cook continually stirring for 1 to 2 more minutes until shrimp is pink and tender. Serve right away over rice or just by themselves. Great leftover chilled over salad. For an added flavor, add sesame seeds during cooking right after the Tequila and Lime. The sauce really blends well with the seeds. Makes 4 servings.
