Cheddar Eggs

Spray microwavable cup or bowl with cooking spray. Add 1 egg and 1 tbsp water; beat lightly with fork. Stir in 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese.

Microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes or until egg is completely cooked, stirring after 1 minute.
