  • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 6 tilapia fillets

Combine the Parmesan, garlic powder, and dried parsley in a small bowl and set aside.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil, butter, and lemon juice. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the butter is melted.

Add the tilapia fillets to the skillet. Cook for 3 minutes per side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Sprinkle the seasoned cheese mixture over the fish. Cover the skillet and let it cook for 1 minute. Serve immediately.
