Tangy and Mild Avocado and Spinach Dip

Ingredients:

1 avocado
1/3 cup provolone cheese, shredded or torn into pieces
1/3 cup muenster cheese, shredded or torn into pieces
1/3 cup tomato, chopped up
1/4 cup chopped spinach
2 to 3 tbsp honey mustard salad dressing
Dash of salt
Optional: 1/8 cup chopped green onions

Remove avocado from skin and smash the pulp/fruit; place in a microwave-safe bowl.

Add the chopped up tomatoes and spinach and shredded cheeses to the bowl; mix thoroughly. If you choose to use onions, this is the time to add them.

Add a bit of salt and the tablespoons of honey mustard salad dressing. (Note: you may also use ranch dressing, if you prefer the taste, or another dressing of the same texture and consistency; it is important to have SOME dressing of this type, but the flavor is up to you. Honey mustard, however, works well for a mild and tangy dip.)

Mix again, and place bowl uncovered in microwave; heat on high for approximately 35 seconds.

Remove the bowl carefully and stir thoroughly; serve with corn chips, rice crackers, or other objects as you like.
