1 Pound of Asparagus
3 Garlic Cloves
1/4 cup diced fresh ginger
1/4 cup sesame seeds( white or black)
1/4 cup diced yellow onion
sesame oil
soy sauce
1 table spoon of butter

Chop the heads and ends off the Asparagus. Then cut asparagus into 1 inch slices. Chop the garlic cloves thinly. Dice the ginger and onions. Put asparagus, garlic, ginger and onion into a bowl. Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the asparagus mixture.

Turn on the stove on medium, add cooking oil, the butter and the seeds to a frying pan. Once seeds start to jump in pan,Add the asparagus, garlic ginger and onion. Stirfry it until the asparagus is golden brown.
