Spicy Meatballs

1 lb Lean Ground Chuck
1 Lb Hot Ground Sausage ( Tube Style)
1 med.-large onion diced
1/2 Cup Italian Bread Crumbs
1 large egg well beaten
Onion Powder
McCormick Seasoned Pepper Blend
Dash Garlic Powder
Olive oil

Brown ground chuck and sausage together, drain fat. Saute onion in a dash of olive oil. Remove from pan. In large bowl combine meat, onion, bread crumbs, 1 egg and spices,(adjust to suit your taste). Mix well. Form any size meatballs prefered. Cook until well done in large skillet. Turning as they brown. Drain on paper towels or on rack. Can be used any way one wishes. Meatball subs,spaghetti,in gravy with pasta or plain.
