Nix Chipotle Jalapeno Pickled Eggs

1 gallon glass jar
40 eggs
4 cups liquid from pickled banana peppers/jalapenos*
12 oz can Chipotle peppers in Adobo Sauce
2 large fresh jalapenos
1 sweet red onion
1 white onion
6 cloves garlic
1 tbs mustard seed
1 tbs dill seed
1 tbs whole peppercorns
1 tbs sea salt
3 tbs green habanero sauce
3 tbs tabasco


Boil and peal eggs. Layer eggs in the glass jar with the chipotle peppers, red onion and thinly sliced jalapenos. Pour remaining Adobo sauce on the top layer.

Combine the rest of the ingredients and leave on high in crock pot for 4-hours (or simmer for 15-20 minutes). Pour the remaining mixture into the egg bottle. Let set in fridge for at least one week before consuming.

* You can substitute either white or cider vinegar (or both)
