Caldo de Pezcado: Fish Soup

Ingredientes:

2 Tilapias
8-10 epazote leaves (green or dried)
2 small green diced onions
2 minced garlic gloves
1/4 table spoon of Cominum
3 ripe red tomatoes
3 dried guajillos chiles

1 Knorr Suiza
Add chopped Vegetables of your choice
2 Table spoons of Cooking Oil

Instrucciones:

Clean the fish from inside, removing any blood, until it looks clean, removing the head of the fish. You can cut the fish into smaller pieces for small size portions or just cut in half if you preferred.

Boil the Tomotatoes with the dried guajillos chiles, until the chiles are soft. After having boiled these two, put in a blender and add garlic, cominum, add 1 cup of water and set aside this Sauce.

Heat up cooking pan, add oil, and fry diced onions until golden brown. Add Blended Sauce and fry for about 5 minutes.

Add 5 cups of water, add the fish, Knorr Suiza and and keep boiling for 15-20 minutes, until the fish is soft. Add vegetables as preferred. Add salt as preferred or add any other seasoning salt.
