Flossies Cole Slaw

INGREDIENTS

1 head of green cabbage finely shredded
1 medium sweet onion finely chopped
1/2 c fresh parsley minced
1/2 c sugar
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1 c mayonnaise
1/2 c cream
1/4 c vinegar

DIRECTIONS
1.Rinse cabbage in cold water and drain for 1 hour.
2.Place cabbage in a large bowl, add the onion and parsley. Combine well.
Add sugar, salt and pepper. Mix well.

3.Combine mayo, cream and vinegar in a small bowl. Add to cabbage and mix well.
4.Refrigerate 3-4 hours or overnight. Serve with a slotted spoon.
