Sausage Rice Casserole

My mom has been making this recipe forever! It makes quite a bit and I can even get my kids to eat it. Plus it is super easy

1 lb. sausage ( I use Jimmy Dean's)
1 tsp. parsley
1 small onion
4 large celery stalks
2 packages of Dry chicken soup mix (Lipton noodle soup)
5 cups water
1 cup uncooked rice

Brown the sausage, parsley, onion, and celery. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
