Homemade Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
2 C white sugar
1 3/4 C flour
1 C Hershey's cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1 C sour milk (1 tbsp white vineger + milk)
1/2 C vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 packs of instant coffee mix (I used UCC 3+1 coffee mix)
1 C boiling water
Directions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease and flour two nine inch round pans.
2.In a large mixing bowl, combine the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, coffee mix, and salt. Add in the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla and mix for thoroughly.
3.Stir in the boiling water last and pour evenly into the prepared pan(s). Don't worry, the batter really should be that thin.
4.Bake 30-35 minutes in the preheated oven until the cake tests done with a toothpick. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan(s) then remove and cool completely on a wire rack.
