sweet potato heaven.

Cream together:
3 C. mashed yams
3 beaten eggs
1/2 C. heavy cream
1/4 C. butter

Add to Creamed Mixture:
3/4 C. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Spread in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. if you're feeling crazy, add the marshmallows or chopped pecans.
