Red Onion Marmalade 2

2 tbs olive oil
3 red onions, thinly sliced
2 tbs Holbrooks Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbs soft brown sugar

Method
To make the red onion marmalade, heat the olive oil in a heavy- based medium saucepan and add the onions and Holbrooks Worcestershire Sauce. Cook, uncovered, over low heat for 15 minutes or until onions are soil. Add the brown sugar and cook for a further 5 minutes or until onion has caramelised. Cool.
Serve on baked potatoes or hamburger or as a sandwich relish....
