Banana Bread Best Ever

The Recipe For The Best-Ever Banana Bread
I'm not joking when I say this recipe is delicious and easy. We have been making it for years. That is, my children and I. I am not sure at what age my teenage boys started making this but they have absolutely no problem putting it together for us now!
Ingredients:
1 cup mashed, very ripe bananas
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup sour cream (light or regular)
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
In a large bowl, mix together well the bananas, sugar, oil, sour cream and eggs. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Then add the dry mix to the banana mix, stirring until just combined. It couldn't be easier!
Bake in a greased 9 by 5 inch loaf pan at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until a tester comes out clean. Cool for five minutes before removing from pan.
