READ THROUGH THE RECIPE FIRST
GERMAN APPLE CAKE

3eggs
2c sugar
1c oil
2c flour
1t soda
1t salt
1t cinnamon
1T vanilla
4 1/2 C peeled chopped apples
1 C pecans or walnuts (can omit)

Beat egg till foamy. Add sugar + oil together. Add all dry ingredients. Add vanilla, and mix well with wooden spoon. Add apples then nuts. Bake at 350 for 50-60 min. Cool + add icing to it.
ICING
5oz cream cheese
¼ c of butter ( ½ stick I add a little more)
½ pack of powdered sugar
