Flan Cake

Flan Cake:
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
Spray (metal) bunt pan heavily with Pam.
Pour 1/4 cup caramel syrup in bottom of pan.
Mix 1 yellow cake mix per directions on box
Pour on top of Carmel in bunt pan. Use Ice Cream Topping Caramel.
The cake mix goes on bottom and the custard goes on top, when it's done, the custard is at the bottom and the cake is at the top, go figure!!! So when you turn it out the custard layer is at the top.
Mix in blender:
4 eggs
1 large can Eagle Brand Milk (not restaurant size)
1 large can Evaporated Milk (not restaurant size)
Pour over cake mix in Bunt pan.
Cook in water bath for 1 hour in preheated oven. Take out of oven and let sit in water bath for an additional 15min. Cool Cake completely before removing from bunt pan onto platter.
