Irish Italian Spaghetti

Irish Italian Spaghetti

1 onion
1 tablespoon salad or olive oil
1 pound ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
dash of red pepper
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 can condensed cream of tomato soup
1 8-ounce package spaghetti
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese


Brown ground beef and onion in hot oil. Cover, simmer 10 minutes. Add spices and soups. Simmer 45 minutes. Cook spaghetti in salted water, drain and rinse with hot water. Arrange on a hot platter. Pour sauce over spaghetti. Serves 4 to 6.
