Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Ingredients

4 white baking potatoes
3 tbs. chopped green onion
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/3 cup grated cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup margarine
6 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. garlic powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
paprika

Preparation

Bake potatoes until done. Cool 15 minutes, cut potatoes in halves, then scoop out the inside (keep shells). Combine margarine, Accent, sour cream, garlic powder, salt, & pepper & mix well. Stir in grated cheese, green onion, beaten egg, & cooked & crumbled bacon. Combine mixture with scooped out potatoes. Fill potato shells with mixture. Wrap loosely with foil. Freeze. When ready to serve, bake in preheated 350° oven for 1 hour. Sprinkle tops with paprika.
