Cheese Ball
8 oz. cream cheese
10 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Tobasco Sauce, to taste
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup finely-chopped onion
1 jalapeno pepper, minced
1 to 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
nuts and pecans, chopped
Mix all ingredients except nuts and form into a ball. Roll the ball in the nuts.
