Hoison Sauce Marinade

Really Delicious Marinade Ingredients

2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 1/2 teaspoons honey

2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons dry sherry
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 - 3 lb pork tenderloin or other meat

1 tablespoon oil
Instructions for Really Delicious Marinade
Mix together all ingredients. Pour over pork and marinate in refrigerator 6 - 8 hours (sometimes we do it overnight). remove from marinade and cook. Can be grilled, broiled, in rotisserie
