Korean Hamburgers

These ones are far from 'standard', but they are delicious.. The only condiment I like on these is simply mayo, the flavors are so bold they really don't need anything else, imho..

Korean Hamburgers

Yes, it is one TABLESPOON of minced garlic! These are absolutely wonderful. Serve on a bun with teriyaki sauce.....


1 lb ground beef
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoons chopped green onions
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 dash black pepper

1. Mix thoroughly.
2. Shape into 4 patties.
3. Grill or fry as usual.
