Ingredient :
mutton 500.gm
Onions 2
Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Ginger/Garlic paste 1 tsp
Ground Pepper 2 tsp
Salt to taste
Pepper & Salt to taste
Method :
1 Cut the mutton into small ½ inch pieces and marinate it with chilli powder, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and salt and leave it for one hour.
2 Boil the mutton pieces in very little water till half cooked
3 Pour oil in a frying pan.
4 Add onions and fry till light brown
5 Add the boiled mutton and fry in low heat mixing it often.
7 Do not add any more water.
8 Remove when it is very well fried
