Carrots 225 gm
Sugar 115 gm
Milk 500 gm
Clarified butter(Ghee) 55 gm
Dried fruits and nuts 20 gm
Cardamoms 6
Method:
(1)Wash carrots,scrape and grate.(2)Add carrots to milk and cook(3)When milk dries up add fat and fry(4)Add sugar,prepared dried fruits and nut's and crushed cardamoms serve and enjoy
