Ingredients Serves 4 ppl

Natural yogurt 475 ml
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt 2tsp
Honey 30 ml
Green chillies chopped 3
Fresh coriander chopped 2 tbsp
Fresh mint past
Method:
(1)Pour the yogurt into a bowl and whisk it well.Add the salt,sugar,Honey and mint past
(2)Reserve a little chopped coriander for garnish and add the rest to the yogurt Mister,with chiles and coriander (4)Whisk ones again and pour into a serving bowl.Garnish with the reserved coriander and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve (serve with bityani and Indian snacks)
