Large prawn 500 gm
Onion 200 gm
Garlic 4 flakes
Green chillies 10 gm
Ginger 1 inch piece
Salt to taste
Egg 1
Breadcrumbs 30 gm
Fat to fry 60 gm
Curry leaf 10 leaf
METHOD
(1)Sell prawn. Remove intestines an wash well.(2)Grind together onion prown.garlic.ginger.grren chillies and salt.to a fine paste(3)Smear paste on prawn(4)Marinade for half an hour (5)make a small do press with hand (like a Cooke's) (6)Dip prawn in egg..Cover With bred crumb and fry in hot fat till crisp and brown serve and enjoy
