Coconut Rice

Basmati Rice 1 kg
Coconut ( fresh ) 1.1/2
Split black gram 5 gm
Bengal gram 5 gm
Red chillies 5 gm
Black mustard seed 1tsp
Green chillies 2
Cashew Nuts 10
Oil 50 ml
Curry leaf 10
Salt to taste

Method
(1)Boil rice,adding salt (2) Grate coconut.(3)Heat oil and fry cashew nut and remove (4)Fry Gram curry leaf and spices (5)Add coconut then add Basmati rice . Ready to serve
