SOUPer Roast

One 3-pound chuck roast
Two tbsp. canola oil
One can Campbell's soup*

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown roast in oil, on stove top, in roasting pan. Pour soup into pan; add one soup can of water. Bake, covered for four hours.

*Use almost any Campbell's condensed soup! we love Beefy Mushroom, French Onion and Golden Mushroom
