No Peek Beef Stew

Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees. Use an 8 quart cooking pot.

2 lbs. beef stew meat
2 cups potatoes, cubed
1 lb. frozen vegetables
carrots
corn
green beans
peas
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup cabbage, chopped
1 can stewed tomatoes, squished
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
2 teaspoons sugar
salt and pepper to taste
3 tablespoons tabioca
tomato juice to cover completely

Add all to pot, stir to mix well. Place in oven, bake 5 hours. DO NOT open lid or stir during this time.
May also be done in crock pot.
