1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
4 russet potatoes, peeled, chopped
4 med. carrots, sliced
1 15oz. can corn, drained
2 C. frozen green beans
4 stocks celery, chopped
1 can peas, drained
1 can stewed tomatoes, blended into juice
1/2 head Cabbage, cut in pieces
1 46oz. can or bottle tomato-vegtable juice cocktail.
tsp. salt and pepper
1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. basil

In a lg. pot over med. heat cook beef with onions. Drain. Mix remaining ingred. in pot.
Cook until veggies tender.
